Crisis Intervention & Stabilization

When immediate support is needed, our Crisis Intervention and Stabilization services provide rapid response and compassionate care.

We offer:

• Immediate mental health assessments

• De-escalation support

• Safety planning

• Short-term stabilization services

• Referrals to higher levels of care when necessary

Our focus is on ensuring safety, reducing emotional distress, and helping individuals regain stability as quickly as possible.

Family & Youth Behavioral Health Services

Empowerment Classes & Support Programs

We provide specialized services for children, adolescents, and families to strengthen relationships and promote healthy development.

Services include:

• Individual therapy for youth

• Family therapy sessions

• Parenting support and coaching

• Behavioral intervention strategies

• Psychoeducation and skill-building workshops

Our empowerment classes focus on communication skills, help building daily living skills, independence, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and building resilience within the family unit.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

For Youth & Adults

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, therapeutic support for individuals who need more than traditional weekly therapy but do not require inpatient care.

IOP services include:
